Our WASTE TO ENERGY (WTE) solution provided has come about from over 20 years of study and research into similar technologies by refining and correcting these processes to a more efficient and complete system to exploit all the energy available in the supplied waste.
After successfully finalising and testing the design and concept, the solution has been marketed globally for several years and now currently there are 14 Plants in operation Worldwide. With 4 plants being constructed and another 7 planned for over the next 5 years.
Our system can accept without modification a great variety of different waste materials as listed below:

The processes are taking place in enclosed tanks, so that no environmental affects like smell or ground water contamination will occur, i.e. Our plants can be installed close to populated neighbourhoods.

A Green Energy Resources plant produces an energy-rich gas and subsequently electricity; accordingly municipal garbage is turned from an expensive waste product into a valuable raw material, which will reduce the importance of problematic fossil fuels.
The generated electricity is usually considered “renewable” so that the plant profits from favourable subsidies as well as from additional income from sale of CO2 emission certificates.
A Green Energy Resources plant can treat without problem mixed unsegregated municipal waste. A separate waste collection (organics/inert residues) is not required.
The Anaerobic Digester processes the organic fraction or biodegradable component of the Municipal solid waste (MSW) and extracts the biogas (Methane and Carbon Dioxide) which is used to provide power through a Combined Heat and Power motor generator set.
The Anaerobic Digester also produces:
· One of the highest grades of organic compost with only 0.05% inert contaminants.
· Hot and chilled water for heating and cooling.
· Separated inert material which can be used for road fill.
The other fraction of the MSW is then put through liquefaction stage where all the toxic elements are chemically changed through a specific solution which makes the elements not toxic. The non toxic elements are removed through sedimentation and the energy-rich watery solution of organic salts is out into the Gasification plant where a syngas it produced. This syngas is burnt to produce power.
